As a Financial Analyst III, you will lead financial planning, forecasting and management reporting processes, including the analysis and reporting of actual and forecasted financial results for Williams' upstream businesses. You will be a specialist in your field as you collaborate with others to support and understand financial forecast drivers. This role requires alternative analysis, creativity and good judgment!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Prepares reports, forecasts, presentations and other analyses as the need arises

• Nurtures relationships with company partners

• Identifies, researches and recommends solutions, including process improvement initiatives

• Coordinates and understands forecast components and performs/documents financial analysis to validate forecast data

• Communicates details assumptions and explains variances

• Analyzes and explains financial results compared to forecast

• Coordinates annual strategic and vision planning activities, including operating and capital plan forecasting

• Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field and minimum four (4) years' related experience in financial analysis

• Preferred: Master's degree or CPA

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

• Previous experience collaborating with senior leadership and reporting financial analysis
