Network DevOps Engineer | Long-term Project | Financial Enterprise

We are seeking a DevOps Network Engineer to join our dynamic Datacenter Networking team. Ideal candidates will bring solid experience and expertise in managing datacenter networks within large enterprise environments.

As our networking infrastructure continues to expand rapidly, we require additional support to uphold our standards of excellence. Operating with cutting-edge technologies boasting high capacities, we seek your assistance in both operational and developmental aspects.

Our squad is dedicated to managing the development and operations of our datacenter and private cloud networks. With seasoned engineers based in the Netherlands and abroad, we are adept at both remote collaboration and regular office meetings. Our work encompasses a diverse range of network technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Playing a pivotal role in operational tasks and contributing to development initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with fellow network experts to resolve complex incidents.
• Providing advisory support to the team in operational matters.
• Monitoring networks, responding to incoming requests and incidents.
• Proposing measures to prevent incidents and enhance performance.

Key Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing critical network environments and liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• A minimum of five years' experience in networking within a large organization.
• Self-driven and proactive nature.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto, NSX, Cumulus, and understanding of EVPN technology.
• Experience in network automation.
• Proficiency in configuring and utilizing network monitoring systems.
