CRM System Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: Brussels Country: Belgium Rate: £500 - £650 per day
 

Role: CRM Business Analyst

Contract: Freelance

Remote: hybrid 2/3 days a week on site.

As a CRM System Business Analyst your primary responsibility is to gather all requirements from a new department transitioning to Salesforce. You will conduct thorough system analysis and ensure alignment among all stakeholders to identify and prioritize crucial requirements. These requirements will then be communicated clearly and persuasively to the central Salesforce development team.

Operating within an Agile environment, you must proficiently navigate tools such as Jira and Confluence. Your daily tasks will involve creating Epics, User Stories, and Test cases, as well as defining acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting and reporting defects when functionalities do not perform as intended. Collaboration with developers to find solutions or workarounds to these defects will be essential.

Another aspect of your role involves sharing your Salesforce expertise with others. This entails evaluating and articulating reasons for accepting or rejecting new functionalities proposed by other markets. Furthermore, you will disseminate insights regarding these functionalities to the business and convey their feedback to the central Salesforce Team.

Lastly, you will be tasked with communicating and imparting your Salesforce knowledge to business users in a clear and accessible manner. This includes providing training to new Salesforce users and offering tips on optimizing their usage of the CRM system. Your ability to effectively communicate and share expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce within the organization.
